The Riding Centre has developed and expanded in the last 20 years and now comprises the following facilities:

• 40 x 20m outdoor school

• 40 x 20m indoor school with viewing gallery (erected 1997)

• Large cross-country course with a range of natural fences from 18" to 3ft, for beginners to advanced abilities

• 40 acres of grassland with a large outdoor teaching and showjumping paddock

• There is access to the farm and many quiet country lanes and roads for hacking

The Horses

• The School comprises thirty horses & ponies ranging from 11hh to 16.3hh, all well schooled with excellent manners. These horses & ponies are suitable for all standards of riding ability from beginners up to experienced.
• Many of the horses and ponies are competed on at dressage and ‘novice’ cross-country and horse shows in the local area.
• There are also an additional twenty ‘Drakes Farm’ bred, un-broken, privately owned livery and retired horses & ponies.
